Mechanical Construction Manager - ADNOC Approved - Pipeline

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager with strong pipeline construction experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Requirements

• ADNOC\-approved Construction Manager with valid approval/certification.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience in the Oil \& Gas industry.
• Strong experience in pipeline construction, installation, and commissioning.
• Experience managing construction activities for onshore/offshore pipeline projects.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, HSE requirements, quality procedures, and construction practices.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, site teams, manpower, equipment, and construction schedules.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, engineering teams, and project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or related Engineering discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all construction activities related to pipeline projects.
• Ensure construction work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with ADNOC, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, HSE procedures, and quality requirements.
• Resolve site issues and coordinate technical and construction matters.
• Lead construction teams and ensure productivity and quality targets are achieved.

Pay: AED40,000\.00 \- AED45,000\.00 per month
