Position: Mechanical Project Manager
Industry: Building Construction / MEP
Location: Abu\-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with strong expertise in HVAC and building construction projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12\+ years of UAE experience in building construction.
- Strong and proven experience in HVAC projects is essential.
- Experience in managing complete mechanical/MEP projects from planning to completion.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, project execution, coordination, and site management.
- Experience in managing project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
- Good knowledge of project planning, budget control, materials, and project documentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
- Candidates with GCC/UAE building construction experience will be preferred.
- Notice period: Maximum 1 month.
- Candidates available immediately or within one month are encouraged to apply.
