About the role
About Us:
We are a leading interior fit\-out company based in Dubai, delivering high\-quality projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced MEP Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works in interior fit\-out projects.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare value engineering proposals as needed.
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of UAE experience in MEP estimation specifically within the interior fit\-out industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
- Experience with Fire Fighting and Fire alarm (FF/FA) systems is a plus.
- Proficient in estimation software and MS Office Suite.
