About the role
Operations Manager – Interior Fit\-Out \& Design Company
We are looking for an experienced Interior Design/Interior Fit\-Out Operations Manager to oversee and manage the company’s day\-to\-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office and operational activities
- Work closely with and report directly to the General Manager on operational matters.
- Coordinate with project, design, procurement, site, and administrative teams
- Monitor project progress, deadlines, and operational requirements
- Ensure smooth coordination between office and site teams
- Manage suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers
- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Develop and improve operational procedures and workflows
- Handle administrative and management responsibilities
- Monitor company policies, documentation, and compliance
- Report operational updates and issues to senior management
- Ensure projects and business activities run efficiently and on schedule
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Office Manager, or similar managerial role in an interior design, interior fit\-out, construction, or contracting company is required
- Strong knowledge of office and project operations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and projects
- Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- UAE experience is preferred
