Portal Specialist – Abu Dhabi Real Estate

Amlak One Real Estate is looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented Portal Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s property listings across major real estate portals, ensuring all listings are accurate, updated, compliant, and presented to a high professional standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain property listings across Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other relevant real estate portals.
• Upload, update, edit, and remove property listings as required.
• Ensure all property details are accurate, including prices, locations, property types, sizes, amenities, availability, and descriptions.
• Review property photos and ensure listings meet the required quality standards.
• Monitor listing performance, including views, leads, inquiries, and overall visibility.
• Identify opportunities to improve listing quality and increase lead generation.
• Ensure listings are published under the correct categories, communities, and property types.
• Coordinate with property consultants and team leaders to collect and verify property information.
• Ensure listings are updated immediately when properties are sold, rented, unavailable, or when any information changes.
• Monitor portal requirements and ensure all listings comply with platform guidelines and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of active, inactive, and archived properties.
• Identify and correct duplicate, incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate listings.
• Prepare regular reports on listing activity and portal performance.
• Coordinate with the marketing team regarding property photography, videos, descriptions, and promotional materials.
• Support the sales team by ensuring they have accurate and updated property information.
• Stay updated on changes to real estate portal policies, features, and listing requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Portal Specialist, Listing Specialist, Listing Coordinator, or similar role within the UAE real estate industry.
• Strong experience with Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
• Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
• Strong understanding of property listing standards and portal requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time\-management skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of listings efficiently.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing a large property portfolio.
• Knowledge of both off\-plan and secondary market listings.
• Experience analyzing portal performance and lead generation.
• Understanding of listing optimization and digital real estate marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities and property types.
