Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets.
• Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance.
• Manage procurement and evaluate supplier quotations.
• Administer post\-contract activities, including variations, claims, and payment certifications.
• Review contracts and ensure contractual compliance.
• Support cost control, value engineering, and risk management.
• Maintain accurate project and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5\+ years of post\-contract QS experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contracts, and commercial management.
• Proficient in MS Excel and quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, CCS, AutoCAD, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
