Role Summary
The Project Manager leads civil infrastructure, roadwork, and utility projects from planning through handover. This role oversees site operations, scheduling, financial control, and subcontractor execution while ensuring full compliance with UAE authority standards (RTA, SEWA, DEWA, Municipalities, and HSE).
Key Responsibilities
- Site Execution: Direct daily civil operations for road construction, paving, earthworks, and utility networks per approved drawings and ITPs.
- Planning \& Scheduling: Develop and control project timelines, tracking milestones and critical path items.
- Financial Control: Manage project budgets, approve material requisitions, track variations/claims.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary liaison for clients, consultants, sub\-contractors, and UAE municipal authorities.
- HSE \& Quality: Enforce site safety standards, clear consultant NCRs/snags, and manage final project handovers (TOC).
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 8\+ years in UAE civil engineering, with 3\+ years as PM in road/infrastructure projects.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE infrastructure standards, asphalt/soil quality control.
Pay: AED8,000\.00 \- AED10,000\.00 per month
