About the role
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Aluminium \& Glass / Façade projects team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate aluminium, glass, façade, curtain wall, cladding, doors and windows projects.
- Plan, execute and monitor projects from commencement to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, cost and schedules.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and project requirements.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors and manpower.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved time and budget.
- Handle project documentation, reports and client coordination.
- Resolve site and technical issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and quality requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the UAE.
- Strong experience in Aluminium \& Glass / Façade works is mandatory.
- Experience in curtain wall, glazing, cladding, aluminium doors \& windows.
- Good knowledge of project planning, execution and coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
Pay: AED10,000\.00 \- AED15,000\.00 per month
