Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Engineer

We are looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor Engineer with at least two years of experience in the UAE construction or interior fit\-out industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare payment applications, variations, and cost reports.
- Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
- Conduct site measurements and verify completed works.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Assist with contract administration and project cost control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience.
- Experience in interior fit\-out projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of quantity take\-off, estimation, and cost control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
- Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately or on short notice.
