About the role
Position: QS cum Estimator
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- UAE experience will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations.
- Quantity take\-off from drawings and specifications.
- Preparation and submission of tender documents.
- Cost analysis and comparison of supplier/subcontractor quotations.
- Preparation of variation claims and cost proposals.
- Coordination with the project, procurement, and engineering teams.
- Monitoring project costs and budgets.
- Preparation of payment applications and related commercial documents.
Pay: AED2,000\.00 \- AED2,500\.00 per month
