About the role
Quantity Surveyor – Ajman
Experience: 3–4 Years
Location: Ajman, UAE
Industry: Precast / Contracting
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 3–4 years of experience in precast or contracting companies.
Responsibilities
- Quantity take\-off from architectural \& structural drawings.
- Preparation and checking of BOQs.
- Concrete, reinforcement, precast and construction quantity calculations.
- Prepare estimates, quotations and material take\-offs.
- Check drawing/BOQ quantities and identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with estimation, procurement and site teams.
Requirements
- Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying qualification.
- Strong experience in BOQ preparation and quantity take\-off.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- UAE/GCC experience preferred.
- Shortlisted candidates will attend a face\-to\-face interview in Ajman.
