Job Title: General Manager / Managing Director – Real Estate

Executive Summary

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, high\-performing General Manager to take full operational and strategic control of our real estate venture. Backed by full financial and resource support from a dedicated investor group, you will act as the operational founder—building the business from the ground up, driving sustainable growth, and establishing all internal policies, systems, and teams required to scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth \& Expansion: Define the company’s vision, identify lucrative real estate development/investment opportunities, and execute aggressive business growth plans.
• Full Operational Control: Oversee day\-to\-day operations, including deal structuring, property acquisition, asset management, leasing, and portfolio management.
• Policy \& Governance Creation: Establish, implement, and enforce all corporate policies, operational workflows, compliance frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Team Leadership \& Hiring: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high\-performing team of real estate professionals, agents, project managers, and administrative staff.
• Investor Relations \& Reporting: Deliver regular financial forecasts, portfolio updates, and ROI analyses to the investor board while aligning business strategy with capital deployment.

Qualifications \& Requirements

• Experience: 3\+ years of leadership experience in real estate management, property development, or asset management.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling a real estate business, managing full P\&L, and executing successful buy/sell/lease strategies.
• Leadership: Exceptional decision\-making capacity with the confidence to run an enterprise independently.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of real estate law, market trends, financial modeling, and local regulatory environments.
