Senior Estimator/Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager

We are looking for a Senior Estimator / Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager in Dubai

We specialize in the turnkey delivery of premium private residences, covering design, engineering, construction, fit\-out, procurement, furnishing, and final handover.

We are looking for a strong professional to join our team and take responsibility for project estimation and cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

— Preparation of BOQs and detailed cost estimates;

— Cost estimation for construction, fit\-out, MEP, and additional works;

— Collection and analysis of quotations from suppliers and subcontractors;

— Commercial comparison and evaluation of quotations and tender proposals;

— Preparation and estimation of variations / additional works;

— Maintaining an up\-to\-date cost database;

— Project budget and cost control;

— Preparation of final commercial cost proposals.

Requirements:

— Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating / quantity surveying;

— UAE experience is mandatory;

— Experience in luxury villas / high\-end residential / fit\-out is highly preferred;

— Strong knowledge of the UAE supplier and subcontractor market;

— Confident working with BOQs, drawings, specifications, and tender documentation;

— Accuracy, independence, and responsibility for results and deadlines;

— Good working English.

Employment: Full\-time, office\-based

Salary: AED 12,000–16,000\+ per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
