We are seeking an experienced Senior Officer \- Community Manager to oversee a portfolio of Owners Association communities, including residential, retail, and mixed\-use developments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in community management, service charge administration, stakeholder engagement, financial management, and UAE Owners Association regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Owners Association communities, ensuring full compliance with RERA and MOLLAK regulations.
• Act as the primary liaison between Owners Committees (OC), homeowners, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead community operations, governance, and quarterly Owners Committee meetings.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, audits, financial reports, reserve funds, and procurement activities.
• Monitor service charge collections and implement initiatives to improve collection rates.
• Conduct regular site inspections, oversee maintenance compliance, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Manage community violations, asset registers, insurance matters, and compliance requirements.
• Drive customer engagement initiatives and community events to enhance resident satisfaction.
• Handle escalations, resolve community issues, and ensure exceptional customer service standards.
• Oversee Anacity/Iskaan communications and ensure timely resolution of resident requests and complaints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or M100 Certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of Owners Association or Community Management experience within the UAE or Middle East.
• At least 3 years managing large\-scale communities in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of RERA, MOLLAK, service charge administration, budgeting, and Owners Association governance.
• Proven experience presenting financial reports and engaging with Owners Committees.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Fluent in English.
