Site Manager/Senior Project Engineer - Building Construction

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer / Site Manager to lead on\-site execution of a residential building project. The candidate will be responsible for end\-to\-end site operations — planning, coordination, quality, safety, and timely delivery — while managing subcontractors, consultants, and client interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations for residential building construction from mobilization to handover.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams for design compliance and site execution.
• Supervise subcontractors and labor resources; ensure productivity and workmanship meet project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with UAE municipality/authority regulations, approved drawings, and project specifications.
• Monitor and enforce HSE (Health, Safety \& Environment) standards on site at all times.
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and snag rectification before handover.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly progress reports, manpower reports, and material requirements.
• Manage material procurement coordination, delivery schedules, and site logistics.
• Resolve on\-site technical issues, conflicts, and delays proactively.
• Liaise with client/consultant representatives for approvals, inspections, and progress updates.
• Maintain project documentation: RFIs, method statements, inspection requests (IRs), and as\-built records.
• Lead, mentor, and manage site engineers, foremen, and support staff.

Required Qualifications \& Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 10–12 years of total construction UAE/GCC experience, with a significant portion in a Site Manager / Senior Site Engineer role.
• Proven hands\-on experience executing residential building projects.
• Mandatory UAE/GCC site experience — strong understanding of local authority approval processes (Dubai Municipality/DDA/relevant authority), codes, and site practices.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil, structural, and finishing works; working knowledge of MEP coordination.
• Proficiency with project scheduling tools (MS Project/Primavera P6\) and AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership, team management, and subcontractor coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu a plus for site\-level communication).
• UAE driving license preferred.
• Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred.
