About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail\-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost planning, quantity take\-offs, contract administration, variation management, and ensuring effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take\-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Evaluate contractor and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate variations and claims.
- Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
- Assess and certify contractor payment applications.
- Support procurement activities and subcontract administration.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the UAE construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of measurement standards, contracts, and cost management.
- Experience with BOQ preparation, variations, and payment certifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Pay: AED10,000\.00 \- AED12,000\.00 per month
