Sr. Quantity Surveyor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail\-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost planning, quantity take\-offs, contract administration, variation management, and ensuring effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take\-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Evaluate contractor and subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate variations and claims.
• Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
• Assess and certify contractor payment applications.
• Support procurement activities and subcontract administration.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the UAE construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of measurement standards, contracts, and cost management.
• Experience with BOQ preparation, variations, and payment certifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Pay: AED10,000\.00 \- AED12,000\.00 per month
